1800 Lasagne is a Thornbury Italian restaurant and bar founded during Melbourne's 2020 lockdowns as a dial-for-delivery lasagne hotline before opening its retro High Street dining room. The tight menu centres on house-made pork-and-beef and eggplant lasagne, pasta, garlic bread, cocktails and Italian wine, with vinyl DJs and live jazz on Sunday afternoons. Dine-in bookings and takeaway ordering run through the official site. The operating company entered voluntary administration and liquidation in 2025, but Google Maps lists the venue as operational (Jun 2026), the website still publishes opening hours and accepts bookings, and the operator has publicly denied closure on Instagram — the Thornbury restaurant continues to trade at 653 High Street.
