1. The service
Fork & Flag publishes community-ranked restaurant guides by city and cuisine. Listings, scores, and editorial copy may change as members recommend and curators verify information.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our review and anti-fraud policies.
3. Community participation
Recommends and archived reviews must reflect genuine experience. You must not use bots, coordinated manipulation, defamation, or undisclosed commercial incentives. Restaurant owners may not recommend venues they control.
4. Restaurant claims and offers
Claiming a profile verifies your connection to a venue for factual updates. Claims, sponsorships, and member offers never purchase or improve ranking position. Offers must comply with Australian Consumer Law disclosure requirements.
5. Content
You grant Fork & Flag a licence to display content you submit (reviews, photos, submissions) for operating the service. We may moderate or remove content that breaches policy.
6. Liability
Guides are provided for discovery purposes. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability. To the extent permitted by law, Fork & Flag is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site.
