About Us
Melbourne's original A1 since 1992 — a family-run Lebanese bakery, cafe and Middle Eastern grocer on Sydney Road. Founded by Elias and Nadia Farah with Chafic and Nouha Choueiri, now run by the second generation, the Brunswick flagship bakes khobz, manoush and Lebanese pizzas in-house while counters turn out tawouk wraps, shanklish pies and falafel platters to steady queues of students and locals. Cash-friendly dine-in with outdoor seating; shelves stock sumac, pomegranate molasses and imported pantry staples.
