Ben Shewry's Ripponlea tasting-menu restaurant celebrates native Australian ingredients, local mythology and European technique in a multi-course degustation — no à la carte. Dinner runs Tuesday to Saturday with guests seated between 6 and 8pm; reservations are released ninety days ahead with a deposit. The seasonal menu (currently $385 per person, rising to $425 from 1 September 2026) changes often but long-running signatures include crocodile ribs and dishes rooted in Ripponlea's history.
