About Us
Cha Ching is a neon-colour Asian-fusion diner on Flinders Lane, bringing an intersection of East and West to Melbourne since its October 2022 launch. The menu is built around the signature Roasted Duck Thai Coconut Red Curry (a dish that comes through on nearly every docket), alongside Beef Tartar with black truffle, lime, apple & wasabi; Hokkaido Scallops with miso butter broth; and Salmon Sashimi with green nam jim, coconut cream and dill.
