About Us
Adam and Elisa Mariani's (Greta, Maverick) all-day European bistro and bar in the heritage Flinders House on Flinders Lane — named for their father and opened August 2024. Group executive chef Gareth Flood and head chef Matilde Razzoli (Bar Liberty, Capitano) serve breakfast rolls through late dining with Italian-, French- and Spanish-leaning bistro classics: burrata with artichokes and crispy chilli oil, ox-tongue skewers, duck liver parfait, steak frites and potato roesti. Daily aperitivo hour (3–5pm), curated cocktails, European and Australian wines, and walk-ins welcome; SevenRooms bookings for dining, with BYO Sundays (no corkage) and Monday $28 steak frites from 5pm.
