About Us
Jason M Jones's Paris-homage brasserie on Greville Street — a permanent evolution of the 2014 Domain Road pop-up that relocated to Prahran in 2021 (former Toko/Fog site). Brahman Perera's fit-out spans a walk-in terrasse, brasserie, cobalt dining room, glass conservatory Le Conservatoire, private Le Salon Privé and Le Petit Marché takeaway next door. Inspired by Le Relais de l'Entrecôte, the house signature is Black Onyx Angus steak frites with secret herb butter sauce; escargots, hand-cut beef tartare, oysters and French onion soup anchor the Menu Gourmand. Joe Jones curates French cocktails; live piano and weekend jazz. Breakfast in the brasserie (8–11am), prix fixe lunch, fixed-course reservations (min. two courses), and walk-in terrasse/bar menus from noon. Book via SevenRooms; office enquiries 9am–5pm daily.
