About Us
Heritage-listed Bourke Street Italian landmark since 1928 — now under Edition Hospitality (Rebecca Yazbek) after the Grossi family's sale in late 2025. The 80 Bourke Street precinct spans Florentino Dining Room upstairs (two-hat degustation and à la carte with white tablecloths and Napier Waller mural room), Café Florentino on the street (Tuscan wood-fired grill, formerly Grossi Grill), and walk-in Cellar Bar for pasta and aperitivo. Culinary director Michael Greenlaw and executive chef Brendan Katich refresh classics with Victorian produce while keeping signatures like the chocolate soufflé and tiramisu. Reservations via SevenRooms for Dining Room, Café and Ombra; Cellar Bar walk-in only. Sister venues Ombra and Arlechin (temporarily closed) share the building.
