About Us
Kata Kita is Lie and Dion Sanusi’s second Indonesian restaurant after Yoi — a 200-seat Bali-grill room at the Melbourne Central entrance on La Trobe Street, opened November 2021 with TA Square interiors of rattan, stone and marble. The kitchen specialises in charcoal grilling: signature babi guling with lawar and sambal embe, ikan bakar pomfret on banana leaf, bebek goreng Madura, nasi goreng and sate ayam, plus Balinese cocktails from bar lead Dewo (ex-Bulgari Bali).
