Neon-lit pan-Asian laneway restaurant on cobbled Oliver Lane — the 2015 reinvention of Philippe Mouchel’s PM24 by chef Michael Lambie (The Smith, Taxi, Circa) with Scott Borg and Zachary Cribbes. March Studio’s fit-out frames communal tables, booths and an open kitchen with Tasmanian oak battens echoing Hong Kong scaffolding; entry is via a glowing corridor off Oliver Lane rather than Russell Street. The border-hopping menu is built for shared plates — dumplings and buns, small bites, larger mains and a cocktail-led bar — with “Let Lucy Choose” chef’s picks and set banquets for groups of eight or more.
