Old Beijing 局氣 occupies Level 2 of QV’s Artemis Lane — a grand, red-lantern dining room (roughly 200 seats with six private rooms) in the former Red Spice Road space, now with a dumpling-making viewing window, clothed tables, and a licensed bar pouring cocktails such as a Sichuan sour.
