One of Footscray’s largest and longest-running Hopkins Street pho halls — a bright, high-turnover dining room where waiters move oversized bowls through a room that still draws queues at lunch and dinner. Time Out (2024) and Corner (2026) both treat it as an OG Footscray pho stop: English and Vietnamese paper menus, free hot tea at the table, fast counter payment, and broth-focused service rather than lingering.
