Third site for Pho Sac — billed as Melbourne’s first Northern Vietnamese pho brand — which grew from Braybrook and St Albans before opening in the CBD on 1 December 2025 at Shop 4, 399 Lonsdale Street (OzBargain, Vietnam.vn, 2025–2026). The Lonsdale shop shares the building with Pho Thin (Shop 3) but runs a separate clear-broth menu: broth simmered for hours without MSG, subtle star anise and cinnamon, and mixed beef cuts. EatClub’s dine-in menu centres on Hanoi-style noodle soups — Traditional, Special, bone-in rib, shin-shank, stir-fried beef (tái lăn), and low-carb bowls — with recurring dine-in discounts and 316+ ratings averaging 4.7/5 through June 2026. Vietnam.vn notes expanded bun cha, bun rieu and eel vermicelli beyond pho. Modern, clean dine-in room for office workers and students; counter service with paper ordering forms.
