Third site for Pho Sac — Melbourne’s first Northern Vietnamese pho brand per Vietnam.vn — which grew from Braybrook and St Albans before opening in the CBD on 1 December 2025 at Shop 4, 399 Lonsdale Street (OzBargain, Vietnam.vn, 2025–2026). OzBargain lists the CBD store as a Vietnamese restaurant; EatClub’s dine-in menu is entirely pho and Hanoi-style noodle soups (Traditional, Special, bone-in rib, shin-shank, stir-fried beef, low-carb bowls). The Lonsdale shop shares the building with Pho Thin (Shop 3) but runs a separate clear-broth menu: broth simmered for hours without MSG, subtle star anise and cinnamon, and mixed beef cuts. Vietnam.vn notes expanded bun cha, bun rieu and eel vermicelli beyond pho. Modern, clean dine-in room for office workers and students; counter service with recurring EatClub dine-in discounts (May 2026).
