About Us
Sal's Flinders Lane is the CBD flagship of Australia's Sal's chain — a corner shopfront at historic Carlow House where Salvatore Leo's New York recipes meet imported hard-spring wheat flour, California tomatoes, NYC-blend mozzarella, and exclusive NY pepperoni. The room has cosy booth seating with pizzas stretched and baked in open view; the menu centres 18-inch whole pies and by-the-slice classics (pepperoni, Nonna, 5 Boroughs), garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, and Original 1964 Buffalo wings. Store hours run to 1am Fri–Sat; the Flinders page lists pickup only (no delivery windows).
