Shelanous is chef Rony Parienty’s kosher-certified multi-sensory fine-dining venue at 154 Rouse St in Port Melbourne — a permanent home after the team’s July 2023 Caulfield synagogue pop-up. The signature Four Seasons experience seats up to 23 guests at one long communal table for a three-hour, 10-course seasonal degustation with matched alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, storytelling, soundscapes, lighting and theatrical pacing rooted in Israeli culture and Melbourne’s seasons. Kosher Australia–certified (dairy/Cholov Yisrael per YeahThatsKosher); halal-friendly with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on advance request. Reservations release 90 days ahead at 9am via the official booking page (OpenTable backs weekend and public-holiday tiers). Private events and gift vouchers available.
