Sulbing is the Australian outpost of Korea's well-known Sulbing dessert-cafe franchise, specialising in bingsu (Korean shaved-milk-ice desserts) topped with fresh fruit, injeolmi (rice cake), matcha and red bean. It opened its Lonsdale Street flagship in Melbourne's CBD Koreatown in 2020 and trades as a counter-service dessert venue.
