Sushi Jiro Melbourne Central is the ground-floor ELLA Precinct outpost inside Melbourne Central at the corner of Elizabeth and La Trobe Streets — a flagship CBD site in a 15+ store Victorian sushi-train chain. Diners pick from a revolving conveyor belt or order hot dishes via table iPad: nigiri, aburi, gunkan, temaki, nori tacos, poke bowls, udon and karaage, with a grab-and-go counter for takeaway and online/app ordering.
