The brief is second-generation comfort food — rustic Italian with a Melbourne tilt — across stone-baked 10-inch Neapolitan pizzas (48-hour Caputo '00' dough, ~500°C conveyor oven), handmade pasta, and mains in a spacious, low-density room with indie rock on rotation and three bars.
