About Us
Tbilisi is an independent Georgian restaurant on Centre Road in Bentleigh East, opened to share Caucasus warmth and communal dining with Melbourne. The bilingual EN/RU site and kitchen foreground broth-filled khinkali, boat-shaped adjaruli khachapuri, spring lamb chakapuli, flame-grilled shashlik and lulya kebab, plus pkhali, kharcho, satsivi and set menus for groups of four or more. Dinner service runs Thursday through Sunday from 2pm (last bookings around 7:30–8:30pm per resOS); Monday to Wednesday closed. Tables book via resOS or phone; groups of eight or more should call ahead. A 10% weekend and public holiday surcharge applies.
