About Us
Eritrean-born Rahel Ogbaghiorghi and partner Vittorio Silvestro have run this Racecourse Road institution for 15 years, serving slow-cooked Horn-of-Africa food in a cosy room dressed with Ethiopian prints and African music. The official pitch is communal injera dining — chef's platters for one to three diners pile stews atop spongy injera, and eating from the same plate is part of the cultural welcome (cutlery optional, BYO welcome).
