Follow the stairs off Collins Street into the basement and you reach one of the CBD's hidden British pubs — Victorian Holmes theming, Mrs Hudson's Pantry kitchen, cosy nooks and 19 beers on tap spanning Carlton Draught, Coopers, Hobgoblin, Tennents, Kilkenny and Guinness, plus hand-pumped ales upstairs at ground-level Dr Watson's Bar (cocktails, wine and finger food with a wide Collins Street window).
