Tina's Noodle Kitchen on Swanston Street is owner Tina Li's fast-casual CBD noodle shop from the Dainty Sichuan group — a compact dine-in room steps from Melbourne Central where lunch queues are routine. Bowls centre on silky rice noodles in clay pots across four broth families: pale chicken-and-bone stock soups, signature chilli-oil spicy soups, tangy pickle broths, and pickle-and-chilli combinations. Toppings span tender beef with tomato, Chongqing spicy chicken with bones, hot-and-spicy fish slices, and braised pork belly with pickles. Time Out notes konjac jelly and black fungus as traditional add-ins, and the kitchen is known for fiery fried chicken on the side. No owned domain; @tinasnoodlekitchen on Instagram is the brand's primary web channel. Dine-in and Fantuan delivery are active on Swanston Street; the CBD Uber Eats store has been unavailable on that platform since 14 November 2023 but its archived menu still documents the full bowl lineup.
