About Us
Vapiano Flinders Lane is the laneway branch of the Australian Vapiano chain at 334 Flinders Lane, with a second entry off Collins Street and an internal lift linking dining levels. The fast-casual room centres on live olive trees and fresh herb pots at each table, an open kitchen making egg-free pasta from scratch, hand-stretched thin-crust pizza, salads and dolce, plus a downstairs bar pouring signature cocktails through a daily 4–6pm happy hour. QR table ordering is standard but hosts take orders on request; walk-ins are welcomed alongside bookings via the official book page or OpenTable. Australian produce is sourced within about 150 km where possible, with gluten-free pasta (+$2) and pizza bases (+$5) on request. Wheelchair access is available via both Flinders Lane and Collins Street entries. Do not merge with the separate Bourke Street Mall CBD branch.
