Istanbul-born head chef Cağri Ergin (Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Istanbul University) leads a menu of crisp manti, pan-fried kefalotyri, pastirma-topped hummus, wood-fired pide, charcoal half-chook, BBQ lamb cutlets, and seasonal seafood, with bar seats facing the oven.
